Dear sewing machine,
Thank you so much for being so amazing to work with. I have loved sewing many things with you over the years. Today was a very exciting day for both of us as I finished a beautiful skirt (the second one in less than a month). It made me feel so special to have something new to wear and know that I had made it myself. It's also so great when people ask where I bought my skirt and I can reply that I made it.

Dear Corolla,
We love you!! You are such an awesome little car and you get such great gas mileage. Sorry we've put so many miles on you already. My work is kind of far away and that's a consequence that must be paid. You run so smooth and it's so nice to not have a ceiling caving in, to have power windows, and having a door that opens from the inside are all great pluses.

You truly are "sunbeams" and really brighten my day. It made me laugh when you tried so hard to sing the song we're learning in sharing time. Those words can be difficult, but you were trying so hard and it was so cute to watch. Your conversation with the Bishop brought a smile to my face; Bishop: "What is the Holy Ghost?" Joseph: "It's Awesome!" Yes Joseph, the Holy Ghost is awesome and when you answer 'Jesus Christ' to just about any question you really are right. Jesus Christ is the answer to all our questions.

You are so wonderful and I love you! I loved snuggling up against you this morning and having you just hold me in your arms as I cried to you. You are a fabulous husband and I am so grateful that you chose working in the yard with me over Ultimate yesterday. It really meant a lot to me because I know how much you would rather play frisbee than work in the yard. You are so funny and that's one thing I LOVE about you. No matter what's going on you can always make me laugh and help me look for the good in things. Thank you for all that you do for me! 4 Years

Devin and I have been married for 4 years!! Our anniversary was really low key this year...let's face it we didn't have a car at the time, we weren't about to spend a lot of money. On our anniversary (April 29th) we actually played an Ultimate Frisbee game. Devin and I are on an Orem Ultimate league. We played both games in really cold weather that day, but won both of them. Then ate dinner at Zupas.

We celebrated more on the Saturday following our anniversary by going out to dinner at Macaroni Grill, driving really fast through puddles, and just having fun being together.

I love you Devin!!

On other notes, we did get a car!! It's a 2007 Toyota Corolla. We got a pretty good deal under the blue book value and it has separate snow tires too. I'll post some pictures...once I take them :)
