I haven't posted anything for a little while and thought it was time for an update. Things are going good for us and we are starting to get stuff packed up to move. We are moving to Alpine and are going to live in my parents' basement. While we are a little nervous about this we think it will be a good thing for several reasons 1) we won't have to pay rent -- that will save us $530 a month. 2) It's closer to Sarah's job -- August 20th is the day she starts with meetings and school is set to start on Sept 2nd. 3)Good meals with the family and cheaper prices on food -- the Adolphson's are always WELL stocked :) 4) Having a treadmill and exercise equipment right in the house just might be what Sarah needs to finally loose some unwanted weight 5) Sarah's parents will be leaving on a mission within a year and at that point we get the whole house -- having extra room will be so nice 6) Although serving in a single's ward bishopric has been a good experience Devin is ready to move on. We are both looking forward to a normal family ward. In short, we are sad to be leaving friends in Provo and sad that Devin will be riding the bus to school, but we are looking forward to the change.
Lately Sarah has been doing a lot of reading -- Breaking Dawn just came out and Sarah was excited to get into the 4th and final book in the Twilight Saga. Devin has been busy with work and school. He has now starting working "end of month" at NuSkin. He now is only scheduled every Tuesday and then near the end and 1st of the month. He's almost done with the summer semester at school and is looking forward to the fall. We both are very excited for BYU football and purchased our student all-sport passes last week. GO COUGARS!!
Our family is doing well. We had our hopes get a little high for expansion when an expected visitor was was 11 days late. Alas, aunt flow did visit and much to our dismay Sarah is not pregnant. This little event left us really confused as to the lateness and reasons as to why we still can not seem to expand our family. We are still hopeful and know that the Lord is aware of us and our needs. Ultimately LIFE IS GOOD and we can't complain.

Hey Sarah!
I came across your blog and thought I would say hi. It sounds like everything is going well for you. I can't believe you are going to start teaching so soon! I am only going to substitute teach this next year, so not too much stress for me. I wish you all the luck with teaching and I know you are going to be such an amazing teacher!

Let us know if you need any help moving. We would be more than happy to help out wherever needed! We totally need to go to some BYU football games together. Adam is getting football fever (I think he has that all year though). I'm sorry about the unexpected visitor. Stupid Aunt! I'm mad at her too, she came to me as well, so that's a big fat NO for us too. Why is it so hard to get pregnant?
